How to Apply for EASE?

Step 1 - Register your interest

Initiate your accessibility journey with Placelytics Accessibility Checker. A user-friendly form to know about you, your business and the project site. Get familiar with a few areas and indicators we consider for accessibility compliance assessment.

Step 2 - Evaluate your site with EASE Pre-requisite

Obtain premium access to Placelytics Professional Auditor (PPA) to assist you throughout the EASE process. Help them understand your needs and the project site in detail, with EASE Prerequisites to start and schedule further processes.

Step 3 – Enrol as an EASE Aspirant building

With enrolment, announce your commitment as an EASE Aspirant building and gain a site
inspection, the “EASE Audit”, “EASE Score”, a service report and a recommendation report on your built environment performance.

Step 4 – Earn & Celebrate your EASE certification.

Become an ‘EASE Building’. You can apply for certification based on the score received. But if you want to pursue a better level of certification, you can apply once you have implemented the recommendations.

Step 5 – Maintain Certification

Apply for recertification after 3 years from your initial certification. Keep your EASE Score updated and aim to upgrade your current certification to higher certification levels in the third year.
