  • Be recognized as a leader in advancing accessibility and inclusion in the built environment.

Benefits of joining the pilot program:

However, the enrolment fee is waived, which means all pilot participants will receive the following at no additional cost:

  • Access to pilot assessment tools, including:
    • Audit software
    • A comprehensive service report with photographic evidence and measurements
  • An on-site visit conducted by a trained accessibility professional

Program Guidelines:

  • Your organization must operate at least one building that is open to the public (e.g., for customers, visitors, or community use).
  • You may register up to two (2) publicly accessible buildings for consideration.
  • To ensure fair and diverse participation, a maximum of one building per organization will be selected to receive early bird pilot benefits.
  • Final selection of participating sites is subject to program capacity and alignment with pilot goals.

Priority will be given to:

  • Buildings that currently meet or are actively working toward accessibility standards.
  • Organizations with internal personnel (e.g., facility or accessibility leads) who can support the pilot through site visits and documentation sharing.
