Categories include but not limited to workplaces, Banks, Hotels, Threatres, Retails, Offices, Malls, Restaurants etc.
Existing Operational Buildings
The pilot program is for existing operational built environments. We are not offering design audits for the pilot program.
Organizations Serving PwDs
We give priority to organisations that are providing solutions to persons with disabilities such as adaptive clothings, prosthetics etc.
Buildings Aligned with Accessibility Standards
We also prioritise buildings that already have included a few accessible features in their built environment, in efforts to meet the accessibility standards.

This pilot is ideal for organizations that own, operate, or manage public-facing buildings — such as banks, community centres, theatres, or retail spaces — and are committed to accessibility leadership. Municipalities and organizations that serve persons with disabilities (PwDs) are also welcome.
Yes. Participation in the EASE Certification Pilot is limited to several organizations to ensure each participant receives dedicated support, high-quality assessments, and meaningful engagement throughout the process.
No, participation in the pilot does not guarantee certification. The primary goal of the pilot is to test and refine the accessibility framework through real-world application and feedback.
All participants will receive a detailed accessibility assessment, including a site inspection and report. While some buildings may meet the eligibility criteria for certification, achieving certification will involve a separate process.
Please note:
If your building meets the required standards and you choose to pursue formal certification, the associated certification fee will be the responsibility of your organization.
The pilot focuses on collaboration, learning, and improving accessibility with the option to pursue certification based on your readiness and results.
