The EASE Pilot Program is an exclusive early access initiative that empowers organisations to test and evaluate the accessibility levels of their built environment They also get to participate in shaping the development of the EASE Rating System and EASE Building Standards (version 1) framework for the built environments. Positioning EASE as a product that not only supports the inclusion of the target groups but also helps businesses to adapt EASE as an achievement rather than another compliance challenge.

The pilot program is for existing operational built environments. We are not offering design audits for the pilot program.

We give priority to organisations that are providing solutions to persons with disabilities such as adaptive clothings, prosthetics etc.







Buildings Aligned with Accessibility Standards





We also prioritise buildings that already have included a few accessible features in their built environment, in efforts to meet the accessibility standards.

Step 1 - Register your interest

Register your interest today to take the first step toward EASE certification and leading the way in accessibility

Step 2 - EASE Prerequisite

With the help of an expert to guide you through the process, fill in your building details and complete documentation.

Step 3 - EASE Aspirant Building

Gain a site inspection, the “EASE Audit”, “EASE Score”, a service report and a recommendation report.

Step 4 - Improvement

If you don’t meet the desired certification, you can make improvements and reapply within two years (without the need to re-enrol).

Step 5 - EASE Certification

Become an ‘EASE Building’. Get your building recognised as an accessibility compliant, to foster trust and credibility.

Step 6 - Recognition and Renewal

Apply for recertification after 3 years from your initial certification. Keep your EASE Score updated and aim for certification upgrade.

Yes. Participation in the EASE Certification Pilot is limited to several organizations to ensure each participant receives dedicated support, high-quality assessments, and meaningful engagement throughout the process.

No, participation in the pilot does not guarantee certification. The primary goal of the pilot is to test and refine the accessibility framework through real-world application and feedback.
All participants will receive a detailed accessibility assessment, including a site inspection and report. While some buildings may meet the eligibility criteria for certification, achieving certification will involve a separate process.

Please note:
If your building meets the required standards and you choose to pursue formal certification, the associated certification fee will be the responsibility of your organization.
The pilot focuses on collaboration, learning, and improving accessibility with the option to pursue certification based on your readiness and results.
